Website and community terms

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They explain your rights and responsibilities when you use the The Trailblazer Connect website, join our entrepreneur community, or book a networking event or workshop.

01 / Getting started

Introduction and acceptance

These terms apply whenever you access this website or take part in an activity arranged by The Trailblazer Connect. By using the site, sending an enquiry, registering for an event, or attending a workshop, you accept these terms.

They set the ground rules for our business community, including entrepreneur membership expectations and the way we manage bookings. We may update them from time to time. Your continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised wording.

Please check this page before making a new booking. The version in force at the time of your registration will normally apply to that booking.

02 / Bookings

Event registration and cancellations

Clear notice helps us plan suitable spaces, speakers, and workshop materials.

Cancellations and changes

  • Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event where possible.
  • Repeated no-shows may affect your priority for future registrations.
  • The Trailblazer Connect may change the time, venue, speaker, or cancel an event with notice where practical.
  • If we cancel, we will explain the available next step for your booking.

03 / Community standards

Membership expectations and conduct

Good introductions need good boundaries. Treat people and their work with care.

  1. Speak to other members, guests, and organisers with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and aggressive behaviour are not accepted.
  2. Keep sales conversations relevant and proportionate. Persistent pitching, pressure selling, and unsolicited promotion are not suitable for our events.
  3. Protect confidential business information shared in a meeting, workshop, or peer group. Ask before repeating another person's details or ideas.
  4. Follow venue rules and reasonable instructions from event organisers. We may ask someone to leave or suspend their membership when conduct falls short of these standards.

04 / Information and ownership

Liability and intellectual property

Use information sensibly and check advice against your own circumstances.

Information and liability

Website content, event discussions, and workshop material are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

We take care when selecting speakers and signposting third-party resources, but we do not control those resources and cannot accept responsibility for their accuracy, availability, or advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using information received through The Trailblazer Connect.

Our content

Workshop slides, written guidance, branding, and other materials supplied by The Trailblazer Connect belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may refer to material for your own learning. Do not reproduce, sell, publish, or adapt it without our written permission. You keep ownership of your own business ideas and materials.
